The inspectors of the organization carry out their duty of preaching sermons throughout the year. Wherever it is possible, a permanent preacher is appointed as 'Peshnamaz' teacher. On demand of the community or at the discretion of the organization, preachers are also sent in months of Moharram and Ramadhan. Their number is increasing year by year. The preachers chosen or trained by the organization sacrificing their personal interest work diligently and selflessly for the cause. The preachers wherever go inculcate in the people religious conscientiousness and devotion. These preachers of the Tanzeem, because of their moral strength, high standard of behavior and well balanced thoughts, have a prominent and distinguished place in the society and can be easily identified.
